Our Story: 35+ Years of RAM Heating and Air Conditioning
Husband and wife team Fernie and Sue Soignier see to the day-to-day operations of RAM Heating and Air Conditioning. RAM Heating and Air Conditioning opened the doors in 1983 to begin serving the Greater Baton Rouge Area with just one truck and two employees. We offer residential and commercial heating and cooling services, including HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacement. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to work on all major heating and cooling brands.

For over 35 years, we’ve grown our services, our staff, and our expertise. We’re certified as Trane Comfort Specialists, and we’ve received the National Trane “Distinguished Dealer” award eight times. But, through all our growth, we haven’t lost touch with why we got into the business: to keep you and your family comfortable.

As South Louisiana natives, owners Fernie and Sue love all things Louisiana: food, festivals, culture, and of course, LSU. Their children and grandchildren are their prized possessions. Starting as members of the Louisiana Heat Pump Association, Fernie later served as the local chapter’s president two times and now sits on the state executive board as the Treasurer. They are invested in making every customer’s experience with RAM Heating and Air a positive one.
