Energy Savings Agreement

Many repairs to central air conditioning and heating systems are caused by DIRTY EQUIPMENT!  Clogged and dirty equipment causes poor cooling performance, especially on very hot days.  It also causes major and minor component failures – compressors, contactors, capacitors, etc.  With the extreme heat our south Louisiana summers bring, it gives our customers peace of mind knowing their equipment is in peak performance condition, no matter what time of the year.

By far, our most popular program is the ‘Energy Savings Agreement’.  The agreement consists of complete system tune-ups, cleaning the air conditioning and heating components TWICE each year.  Whether you need air conditioning or heat in your home, your units will be ready to run!  The agreement is paid for annually and we call YOU to schedule every 6 months, no more having to remember ‘when was the last time I had my system serviced’.

Energy Savings Agreement customers elevate to our “Preferred Customer” status.  With that comes perks such as same-day service, 15% discount on repairs and no after-hours charges.  We cannot stress enough the benefits of this program: Lower utility bills, extended equipment life, fewer breakdowns and repairs, improved efficiency and capacity – just to name a few.  We have such a large number of these agreements in force that we have an employee whose duties are solely maintenance calls 5 days per week.

While we cannot guarantee you will not have an equipment breakdown, we find breakdowns occur at a much lower rate than non-maintained equipment.  Also, some problems with the equipment are found during the maintenance call and can be repaired BEFORE you are faced with a hot house and placing a service call.  Some equipment deficiencies are not even noticed by the customer by the customer, depending on what time of year it is.  An example would be that a unit that has lost 10% of it’s freon is running at 30% LESS in efficiency and capacity!  A fair comparison is having the oil changed in your automobile.  These type of problems can be fixed before it causes even bigger problems.
