Jim and Cindy Stevens founded Ram Heating and Air Conditioning in June, 1983, and have been Licensed Trane HVAC Dealers since 1985.  We gage our customer satisfaction through the “Customer Satisfaction Survey” program.  We offer “Energy Savings Agreements”, extended parts and labor warranties and “Flat Rate” pricing in an effort to assist our customers with the best service and prices available in the HVACR industry.   We are proud to be 5-time recipients of the Trane National Distinguished Dealer Award.

Our goal is customer service and satisfaction.  Because this is our goal, we make every effort to provide our customers with the finest products in the marketplace.  We have a trained staff of technicians that provide service 7 days a week to our clients.   Our office staff is courteous and responsive to the customer’s needs.  Ram Heating and Air Conditioning also offers 10 year warranty programs.

The Stevens family are also avid LSU fans and we enjoy tailgating in our motor home at LSU football games.  Jim also enjoys fishing and NASCAR racing.
